GREENLAND
VILLAGE
Something Different Is Coming to Parkland
An interactive park where families actually do things together: feed goats, build stuff and get dirt under their fingernails.

πΏ Be the First to Know

What is GreenLand Village?
Parkland doesn't have a place like this. No arcade. No bounce house. Just real animals, real plants, real dirt, and actual space to move around. We're building a park where kids put their phones down because they want to, not because you made them.
Hands-on activities for toddlers through teenagers
Outdoor space. Actual grass, shade, room to run
Designed so parents participate!
The kind of day you talk about at dinner

What We're Building
Four core experiences, each one designed to get families doing something real together
Petting Zoo
Goats, rabbits, chickens. Kids learn to be gentle. Animals get fed. Everyone wins.
Art & Craft Studio
Paint, clay, fabric, wood. Take something home that wasn't made in a factory.
Nature Trails
Walking paths through native Florida plants. Shaded. Quiet. No strollers required but welcome.
Adventure Play
Climbing, swinging, building. The kind of play that existed before iPads.

πΏ GreenLand Nursery
We grow things here. The nursery stocks native Florida plants, seasonal flowers, herbs, and fruit treesβplus the soil, pots, and tools to keep them alive. Staff actually know what they're talking about.
Native Florida plants that survive our summers
Staff who can tell you how to care for your fiddle leaf fig
Seasonal stock, rotated monthly
Organic options, sustainable sourcing
π Why This Park?
Not Just Entertainment
Kids leave knowing something they didn't know before. How to feed a goat. How to pot a plant. How to build with their hands.
Parents Do Things Too
No drop-off zone. No bench for scrolling while kids run around. You're in it with them.
A Gathering Place
Parkland needed somewhere families could run into each other that wasn't a parking lot or a soccer field.
First of Its Kind Here
This doesn't exist in Parkland yet. We checked.
π« Schools, Parties & Groups
Field trips with actual animals instead of worksheets. Birthday parties where kids get tired in a good way. Corporate team days that don't involve trust falls. We have space for groups of 15 to 150.
πΏ Stay in the Loop
Tell us who you are and we'll send you updates that actually matter to you. Teachers get field trip info. Parents get family day announcements. Everyone gets first dibs on opening week.
